Shipping policy

At Virtue Alchemy Candle Co., we take great care in preparing and shipping your order to ensure your candles arrive safely and in the best condition possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Pre-Orders: If an item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product or collection page. Pre-orders typically ship within 3-6 weeks from the order date.

Warm Weather Shipping

To prevent candles from sitting in hot delivery trucks or warehouses over the weekend, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday during warmer months. This helps reduce the risk of heat-related damage to your candles and wax melts.

If your soy wax candle or melts arrive slightly melted or appear to be “sweating” due to temperature fluctuations, don’t worry! Simply place them in the fridge for a short time to harden them back up, then gently wipe away any excess oil if needed. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

  • We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address & Shipping Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
